We are committed to bringing you the freshest supply. However, grain, like other grains is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. So at Jaipur Chakki, we do not have a return policy, but please feel free to write to us at info@jaipurchakki.com.in and we promise whatever we can do to resolve the issue.
Received the wrong shipment, What do I do now?
To err is human; despite our best effort to give you only the best whole grain product, maybe something went wrong. Please feel free to shoot an email to info@jaipurchakki.com. We shall make up in the best way possible, or else refund your money right back to you.
